Batrisyia At 8 Months

Well, these are not really the latest pic of Batrisyia, but I juz upload them anyway. She's turning to 10 months, end of tis month. How time flies....She grows so fast...Another 2 months, dah masuk satu tahun. Tak lama lagi, dah jadi anak dara anak aku nih...And me, gonna be mak dara..hik
Her milestone :-
- Call Mama & Papa to me & hubby
- Can sit on her own
- Can stand up, but must with a support
- Clap her hands, especially when I sing 'Pok Amai2"
- Lambai tgn when I say 'Bye Bye'
- Play Pick-A-Boo (tutup bukak muka dgn kain, so comel)

Villagio...
|

Alrite...I start feeling irritated with fp actually. This has been, God knows how many, attempts I try to upload my pictures, but as usual it failed. I might probably start blogspot, u know. I mean, it must be a bit faster than this slow irritating fp, rite.
Hmm..actually i wanna to update some of our pic when we went to Villagio. Last week, we went there. Since my hubby still doesn't have his qatari driving license yet, so we juz call this Indian Muslim guy. His name Hameed. He's been our private driver since then. He's such a nice guy, but u guys should see his driving. Like a proffesional F1 driver, except that a few times he made us banging our head.
To be honest, Villagio is the best mall in Qatar, even though it is only half finished. I bet, there'll be more high end designer boutique will come. I cannot wait (giddy me)...hehehe. Well, although it's quite vain from outside, but when u walk inside & look up, it's really a breathtaking view. The ceiling has this beautiful mural. It's represent sky actually.
Different areas of the mall represent different times of the day – so you can see sunset, night (complete with street lamps) and day. But the icing on the cake for this mall is the canal that runs through the centre, complete with gondola. Bridges cross over the canal, and comfortable chairs line its sides for you to rest your feet. What's more, for a few riyals you can travel, Venetian style (Gondola), up and down the canal.

Souq Waqif (Old Souq)

Tis actually an old entry, which I've been 'pekasamkan' for almost 3 weeks.. 
This time i upload some pictures of us went to Souq Waqif. Went there with Mr Zaidi, a Malaysian
working in Oryx, Qatar. We had a fabulous time there, and had an extremely rewarding experience.
Souq Waqif actually is the city's oldest market area. It sells everything from perfume, tradistional
Qatari dress, luggage to spices and kitchenware. Did I mentioned about falcon shop? yes, they have
it here. Also donkey ride. And it's a nice place to just sit & sip some Turkish coffee and have shisha
Opps..i almost forgot. We were truly thrilled to find that they have Malaysian restaurant here,
it called "Sri Kebaya". So, we had our dinner there. But, the food waayyy too expensive...

Doha....Here I Come!!!

Alrite....this maybe a new news for some of you out there....Actually, I've moved to Doha, which
is state of Qatar. I followed my husband. He got new job here, in Qatar Petroleum. Alhamdullilah,
rezeki anak....Tak sangka pulak dapat coz dia juz main2 jer masa antar application aritu.
For 1st 3 months, we'll stay at company house. Our house is at Al-Bayyan Garden. Actually,
it's a big beautiful villa. However, because it's too big for our small family, it's kinda scary.....
Macam duduk kat umah draculla jer...Dah laa sunyi...huhuhu...takut.....

Long Silence

At last, I managed to update my fotopage. Yupp, it was really a long silence, erm like 6 months...
I could say, it was due to many reasons....busy, busy,busy....with my new job at Standard
Chartered, and my weekend life, which I always travel KL-KB-KL.....and most of the time, it
was because, fotopage mengong...Sakit hatiku....slow memanjang....Now, I'm back. I've upload
old pictures of Batrisyia.

Batrisyia 2 months & 15 days old ! ! !

2 weeks ago, we took Batrisyia for her 1st Hep B shot. Surprisingly, masa doctor cocok jarum kat punggung dia, she didn't cry at all. Bole siap sambung tido balik...Apakah...Mama dia plak yg cuak lebih2..heh heh (siap baca selawat, ayat Qursi dan segala ayat lagi laa). Almaklum laa, mama dia nih memang penakut dgn jarum (ni sumer gara2 epidural yg ku amik dulu, the needle they used for epi, was the longest needle i've ever seen..trauma sey).
Alhamdullilah, Batrisyia has gained weight. During her last check-up (2 months), her weight was 5.1kg...Naik 1.1kg dr 4kg masa dia umo sebulan, byk jugak tuh...mana taknya, kuat minum susu si comey nih... by the way, i've stopped breastfeeding her, my milk dah takde. so we started giving her formula milk. we give her S26. So far so good, Batrisyia seems to like it, eventhough masa mula2 bagi aritu, she resisted especially kalo i yg bagi.
And being a first time mother, i'm so impressed with Batrisyia's developmental milestones. I think she's constantly learning. At this age, she now can gurgle and coo. Kadang2 kul 3 pagi pun dia ajak kitorang borak2. Sweet giler..especially when she laughs..Other than that, she can hold her head up, put her hand in her mouth, stretch legs out & kicking, watch our faces closely, enjoy playing with other people...and what impress me most, she makes different kind of cries depending on her needs. Kalo nak susu, dia akan melalak sekuat hati...kalo mintak dokong, dia akan nangis manja...and if she upset, the cry sounds choppy...

On 3rd raya, we took Batrisyia to KB Mall. It was her 1st visit. And I think she was pretty much excited in her stroller. Dia tgk kiri, tgk kanan, tgk lampu, tgk org lalu lalang....Owh, byknya benda nak ditengok yer cayang...Anyway, she has been a good girl. Tak menangis & tak meragam.
Nope, we dun buy anything. We just had a nice window shopping. Batrisyia ter'over' excited, I think, sebabnya malam tuh dia takmo tido....nak mintak dukung jer...ajak kitorang main2 dgn dia...huhuhu

Salam Lebaran 2007
|

Tis year, we had our raya celebration kat Kota Bharu aje. Tak balik Johor mcm tahun-tahun lepas because first day raya tu I still in confinement. Takleh jalan jauh2 beb... My mom very particular & strict about tis confinement thing.
Eventhough our raya tak berapa meriah compared kat Johor, we still had a superb raya....Sebabnya, tis year famili kitorang dah bertambah sorang.. hehehe... sape lagi, Batrisyia laa.
Abah memang sempoi abis... pakai kain pelekat jer..tabik spring kat abah...hehehe 
Aktiviti Batrisyia sepanjang 1st day raya ialah tido
Dan tido....
dan tido lagi....budak dalam hari laa katakan... huhuhu
4th raya, we went to Tanah Merah. Beraya dengan Mak Ngah papa. Dapat jumpa dgn baby Danish. Baby Danish ni sepupu papa, so...kalo Batrisyia, pak sepupu Batrisyia laa kot... 
Baby Danish ni tersangat laaa semangat badannya. Umur 2 bulan setengah, tapi bila tengok dah mcm 5 bulan.... Itulah kelebihan susu ibu...hehehe
